A3E Ecosystem Inc ("we") follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you buy: your email, your name and the charity you choose. Stripe processes your payment: we never see or store your card number. When you search: the search text, used only to answer it. We don't keep searches tied to you.
Why
To deliver your report, send you its link, answer support and handle refunds.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery. We don't sell your information.
Charity data
Reports contain information that charities file with the Canada Revenue Agency and that the CRA publishes as open data, such as charity names, addresses, websites and gifts. We don't add personal information from other sources. To correct a record, contact the CRA or the charity that filed it, or email us.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information: info@a3eecosystem.com. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.
