These terms are an agreement between you and A3E Ecosystem Inc, a corporation in Ontario ("we", "us"), for the A3E Grant Finder service. By buying a report you accept them.
1. The service
For the registered charity you choose, we produce an online report and CSV file listing Canadian foundations that made gifts to charities in the same CRA category (and province, where there are enough of them), ranked by our own method. A free preview shows part of the report before you buy. We compile the reports from the Canada Revenue Agency's public open data on registered charities. The service is for businesses and for people 18 or older.
2. Data accuracy
The data is what charities filed with the CRA. It can be incomplete, late or wrong, and we don't control it. Rankings are an automated estimate of fit, not advice. The service is provided "as is", for research only. We don't promise any grant, gift or response from any funder. Check each funder's own guidelines before you apply.
3. Your use
A report is for the charity it was made for and the people who work with it, such as staff, board and grant writers. You may not resell or republish reports as a data product. Follow the law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), when you contact any funder.
4. Payment
A report costs the price shown at checkout, in Canadian dollars, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Your report link stays available for at least 12 months.
5. Refunds
If the report isn't useful, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, reports aren't refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we failed to deliver the report.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report. We aren't liable for lost funding, lost profits or indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or prices for future purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
